Shipping policy



  • We aim to ship all orders within 3-5 working days.
  • All orders are sent by tracked delivery. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking details once your order has been dispatched. 
  • Pre-order products will have longer dispatch times - these will be noted on the product page.

  • Customers must ensure the address they provide at checkout is correct. Please double check before paying. DERZCO is not liable for undelivered / lost parcels that are a result of any address issues at checkout. 
  • For any parcels returned to sender because of; incorrect or incomplete address / missed delivery / uncalled for / unpaid customs, we reserve the right to recharge shipping before being resent.
  • Orders from outside of the UK may be subject to tax & import charges on arrival. For most countries these charges are not included in our product pricing or shipping costs. Please see specific details for your country.
  • Any customs or duties applied on delivery are imposed and received only by the destination country and its government. It is your (the customers) responsibility to pay these charges if you receive them.
  • DERZCO has no control over such charges and is only responsible for providing the correct customs information on the parcel. Failure to pay will result in your parcel being returned to us or seized and destroyed.
  • We are not responsible for any orders that go missing following unpaid or rejected customs charges. Any parcel that is returned will have the shipping costs and a £10 admin fee deducted from the final refund.
